Astrology. Mumbo Jumbo? It Doesn’t Matter: Nix Negativity for Joy.
Astrology has always been a topic of debate among people. Some believe in it wholeheartedly while others consider it to be nothing but nonsense. But what if I told you that it doesn't matter if astrology is real or not? What if I told you that you should be able to enjoy it if it brings you joy and doesn't harm anyone else?
We often face criticism for the choices we make, and the things we enjoy or believe in. It could be anything from astrology to painting, from a cleanse to a career change. People might try to make us feel bad, calling our passions silly or frivolous. They might say things like "you're wasting your time" or "you should be doing something more productive" or “there’s no point.” But why should we let others dictate what brings us joy?
Astrology is a great example of this. If you find comfort in reading your horoscope or learning about your zodiac sign, why should anyone else be able to take that away from you? Sure, some people might think it's ridiculous or unscientific, but that doesn't mean you should feel ashamed for enjoying it. You should be able to lean into it without fear of social persecution.
More broadly, it's important to reframe that kind of negativity. If you're constantly worried about what others think or try to fit into someone else's idea of what's acceptable, you're not living your life to the fullest. You're missing out on the things that make you happy and bring you meaning.
Instead, try to focus on what you love and what makes you happy. Surround yourself with people who support you and encourage you to be yourself. Don't be afraid to try new things and explore your interests, even if they seem unconventional or unpopular. And most importantly, don't let anyone else make you feel bad for being true to yourself.
In conclusion, whether astrology is real or not, it doesn't matter. What matters is that you should be able to enjoy the things that bring you joy without fear of judgement or criticism. So go ahead and read your horoscope, paint that picture, sing that song, or play that sport. Don't let anyone else take away the things that make you happy.
